The Committee is made up of parent volunteers and we welcome new members, skills and ideas.

Parent Involvement

As a community based, voluntary managed Pre-School, we depend on the goodwill of parents and their involvement to keep the school running.

For all parent involvement, we use Nursery in a Box. Parents will have received an invitation to join, and access is available via the parent login on the app!

Just wanted to share a quick recommendation for anyone looking for a preschool for their little one. I honestly can't recommend Doddinghurst Community Preschool enough. Choosing a preschool can feel really daunting, especially if it's the first time you're leaving you child with someone else. But Nicola and the whole team were so friendly, welcoming, and supportive right from the start.

They really put us at ease, and were incredibly accommodating when there were delays with our move. Our son absolutely thrived there. He was happy to go in every day, and it's been such a lovely environment for him to grow and gain confidence
